The FISA 2022 & EURADWASTE ’22 conference was organised in Lyon, France from 30 May to 3 June.
Prof. John Damilakis (University of Crete), the Scientific Coordinator of SINFONIA represented the project at the conference. The objectives and ongoing work of the project were presented in a poster ‘Radiation risk appraisal for detrimental effects from medical exposure during management of patients with lymphoma or brain tumours: the SINFONIA project’ and as well as a presentation ‘Medical Applications of ionizing radiation and radiation protection for European patients, population and environment’ given by Prof. Christoph Hoeschen (Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg).
