SINFONIA at ECR 2025

The SINFONIA project finished by the end of August 2024, but our project team is still engaged a lot and disseminating the project results at different events. Therefore, the project will also be featured at the forthcoming European Congress of Radiology 2025 (Vienna/Austria, 26 February – 2 March 2025).

Prof. John Damilakis, Scientific Coordinator, will give a talk in the session EIBIR 20 – Working in partnership towards highest quality and safety in imaging: implementing the SAMIRA Action Plan of the European Commission.

Moreover, Mona Azizi will present their work in the session RPS 913 – Striving for lower radiation dose and better image quality. She will talk about Accounting for imaging dose in Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients undergoing PBS proton therapy and photon VMAT: a SINFONIA study at the Research Stage 1 on February 27, 12:30 – 13:30 CET.
