Final SINFONIA Consortium Meeting

The SINFONIA consortium met for its final project meeting in Heraklion (Crete/Greece) on 27-28 June 2024. The meeting was attended by almost 40 people, including representatives from the project’s External Advisory Board. Moreover, the Commission’s Project Officer attended the first day of the meeting remotely.

The meeting marked the completion of months of hard work and dedication from the project team. During the meeting, updates on recent activities in the different Work Packages were provided, showcasing the progress made and the results achieved.

Discussions on pending items were also held, ensuring that all loose ends tie up before the project officially will conclude by the end of August. Despite the challenges faced along the way, everyone was in high spirits and pleased with the outcomes of the project so far.

The meeting was a bittersweet moment for the team, as it was the last time our consortium would all come together to work on this particular project. However, there was a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment in knowing that their efforts had paid off.

Overall, the final project meeting was a success, with everyone leaving feeling satisfied and proud of the work they had done. It was a nice way to close out the project and celebrate the team’s achievements.

We are now shifting our full focus towards the upcoming weeks to finish the SINFONIA project successfully.
